Zunio Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a Zunio account, we may collect your name and email address. If you sign in using a third-party authentication service such as Google, we may receive basic account information required to authenticate you, such as your name and email address.

Marketplace Information

If you connect an Amazon selling account to Zunio, we may access information authorized by you through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• seller and marketplace identifiers
• product identifiers such as SKUs and ASINs
• product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes and other catalog information
• product images
• product type, category and listing schema information
• listing validation results, errors and compliance-related information

Zunio does not currently request access to Amazon buyer personal information, customer addresses, payment information, buyer communications or other buyer PII.

We request only the Amazon permissions required to provide the Zunio functionality you use.

Usage and Technical Information

We may collect technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, including IP addresses, browser and device information, application logs, timestamps, and information about how Zunio features are used.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate Zunio
• authenticate users and maintain accounts
• connect to authorized marketplace accounts
• retrieve and manage product and listing information
• generate, enrich and validate marketplace listings
• generate and process product content and images
• identify listing issues and provide recommendations
• create or update marketplace listings when instructed by authorized users
• maintain, secure and improve our services
• diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse
• respond to support and data requests
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell personal information or Amazon Information.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Certain Zunio features use artificial intelligence and machine learning services to process product information, generate or improve listing content, analyze catalog information, and create or modify product imagery.

Where necessary to provide these features, product or listing information may be processed by third-party cloud or artificial intelligence service providers acting on our behalf.

We minimize the information provided to such services and do not intentionally provide Amazon seller authentication credentials, Amazon authorization tokens, buyer personal information, customer addresses, payment information, or buyer communications to AI service providers.

4. Amazon Selling Partner Data

Zunio accesses Amazon information only after an authorized selling partner connects their Amazon account and grants the required permissions.

Amazon information is used only to provide and improve functionality requested by the authorized user, subject to Amazon's applicable policies and agreements.

Zunio does not use Amazon buyer information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Users may disconnect their Amazon account from Zunio. When an Amazon connection is revoked or disconnected, associated authorization credentials are deleted or invalidated in accordance with our applicable retention and security procedures.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate Zunio, including providers of:

• cloud infrastructure and data storage
• artificial intelligence and machine learning processing
• authentication and security services
• application monitoring and operational infrastructure

These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their respective services and subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.

Our primary cloud infrastructure is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These measures include encryption of information in transit, access controls based on job responsibilities, secure credential management, authentication controls, network security measures, and incident response procedures.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Zunio, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data. Where applicable, marketplace authorization credentials are deleted or invalidated when an integration is disconnected or authorization is revoked.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

8. International Data Processing

Zunio may process information in countries other than the country in which you are located. Our cloud infrastructure and service providers may operate internationally.

Where required, we take appropriate measures to protect information transferred across jurisdictions.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

You may also disconnect marketplace integrations or stop using Zunio at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

Zunio is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Zunio and our legal or operational requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
